Zarephath Health Center

The Zarephath Health Center represents an example of faith in action. It provides a venue for professionals and other volunteers to use their gifts in practical ways by giving people who have fallen into hard times a way out. We believe that being uninsured does not have to be a cause for despair but can be an opportunity for others to reach out and help.

Our Mission Statement

"The Zarephath Health Center provides free health-care to the poor and uninsured. The World Health Organization defines 'health' as a state of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Our goal is to work on all three levels."

The Bible

The Bible teaches us to "bear one another's burdens and thus fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). At the health center, we strive to abide by this verse every day so that we can please the Lord.
